All babies born between 10^th February 2013 – 30^th January 2014 will be little Water Snakes.

Depending on the year you were born, you too will have been born under the reign of an Animal, which follows a 12-year cycle:

2010 was Tiger
2011 was Rabbit
2012 was Dragon
2013 IS SNAKE
2014 will be Horse
2015 will be Sheep
2016 will be Monkey
2017 will be Rooster
2018 will be Dog
2019 will be Boar (Pig)
2020 will be Rat
2021 will be Ox
then we’re back to Tiger again in 2022 and so on…

Each Animal sign is affected in different ways depending on the Annual Animal (in our case Snake). The Chinese selected Animal representation for their Zodiac as it best describes the characteristics of the person. For example, Rats like to be amongst lots of other Rats and their families and communities are important to them. Roosters tend to talk, a lot, and often loudly! At a very basic level you can look at the Annual Animal, then look at your own Animal and decide if they are friends or enemies in the Animal Kingdom. For example, Snakes eat Rabbits…so Rabbits will not have a very good year at all in 2013, unless they protect themselves with traditional cures and remedies.

Q:- What is Numerology?

A:- Numerology is the study of the symbolism of numbers. It is used to gain deep insight into your personality, strengths, weaknesses, behaviours, inner needs and life’s purpose, as well as ways of dealing with others, thus helping you understand yourself and others much better.

Q:- How long has it been in use?

A:- It can be traced back over 10,000 years and is linked to the Egyptians – many have tried to take credit for it since, but it is known as being an ancient tool of Spiritualism.

Q:- How does it work?

A:- Simply by applying basic mathematical formulas to the numbers representing your name and date of birth, deep (and very accurate) insights can be understood about you, your loved ones or indeed your enemies!
It has been applied to hiring staff by major organisations, selecting spouses and even how to outwit competition!

Q:-Wow, I never knew it was so powerful! - So what can we learn about ourselves from you today?

A:- There are several charts that can be run to gain deep insights, however a very useful chart I often share with my clients is your Personal Year / Annual Cycle & Theme chart. To do this,

*Simply ADD together your date and month of birth;

{16th March = 1+6+3 = 10}

*If number is greater than 9, reduce it by adding it together

{1+0=1}

*Then finally add your number to 5

{1+5 = 6}

This number is your Personal Year for 2012 and is helpful in evaluating the trend for you this year – listed below are all the yearly themes – enjoy your insights.

1: New Beginnings
This is the start of a new nine year cycle for you and is therefore filled with wondrous new beginnings in all areas of your life. This is a great year to take time to clarify your life goals and resolution setting will be important to you now, as you let go of past problems and make way for all the new opportunity that is effortlessly flowing into your life now. Really make the most of all things new this year.

2: Slowly Strengthening Foundations
Relationship building and deepening the roots of the foundations set in place last year will be your major focus this year. However nothing good will come by being forceful, this is an introspective year where delays and detours may occur – but remember – sometimes you have to take the wrong path to find the right road, so do not panic, keep cool and realise slow but steady wins the race. This is a good year for romance also.

3: Celebrate Success
Party, party, party – This is a year of social engagements, activities and fun, fun fun! Catching up with old and making new friends will be fabulous this year and you’ll feel frivolous, carefree and ready to celebrate your success in life. Love blossoms and finances and business tend to fall to the wayside, but this is your party year, so have fun and next year, you’ll be focused on recovery!

4: Hard work, focus and concentration
Arse up, head down is your approach this year, as you knuckle down into hard work. Great year for academic achievements, organisation, prioritisation and generally being realistic and grounded in your approach. It can be a frustrating time as there are few quick wins this year, but your new found self-control and discipline will be worthwhile in the long run. Persevere and press on.

5: Reap the Fruits!
Unexpected doors fly open for you this year and your horizons are expanded beyond your expectation creating major change in your life. Great time to make the most of your opportunities and will bring much adventure and excitement into your world. If you feel bogged down at all – remember – if you do what you’ve done you’ll get what you’ve got – so go do something amazing today and start living your dreams now.

6: Love, Family, Home and Responsibility
This is not a year of major achievement but rather an opportunity to slow your pace and focus upon family, relationships, home and children. A very domestic year, great for renovation and redecoration of the home, possibly even moving, this year gives you an opportunity to review your new beginning goals at the beginning of this cycle and see what adjustments may be necessary to achieve your plans. No need to rush this year, take time and focus on your home life- great year to have a baby.

7: Harmonise inside and out
Another slow, reflective year to work on yourself more personally. Contemplation, meditation, reflection, reading, writing and studying will all benefit you this year. Creating maximum harmony internally and within your environment will allow you to finish this entire 9 year cycle on a high. Depression is something to be careful of this year and it’s important not to start the year feeling sad, sick or unhappy. Really make use of this time to connect with yourself and plan for the future, making the most of your ability to think clearly and draw accurate conclusions.

8: Your Best Year Yet!
You are at your peak now as this is your power year, major achievements, financial abundance and spiritual growth are all at a climatic point for you. Year 8 is action-orietated and opportunities for advancements and major recognition will fly your way – but you have to make the most of them and pick up your pace and dive straight in to reap all the rewards. This is set to be an amazing year for you.

9: Completion
A year of endings, completions and finalising many areas in your life. This is a great time to clear out the old, de-clutter, let go of old processes, systems, behaviour, thoughts, fears and make way for the new to come in next year. Optimum year to retire, move house, end negative or destructive relationships and look back upon all you have learnt and become over the past 9 years. Enjoy the chapters ending in your life in full knowledge next year, they’ll be so much more to come.
