“Our management team were a little apprehensive however we were so pleasantly surprised at the professional way Janeen conducted her consultation and never expected Janeen to provide so much valuable detail on areas such as marketing, sales, staff, layout, branding, advertising, repeat client business, and business initiative, as well as helping us understand the sectors of our business, where our wealth is for example and how that impacts on the running of our business and we really prefer working in the office now it has been balanced with everything we already had in there, such as plants, pictures and products.

It was amazing how the staff accepted the changes and remarked about the noticeable improvements about the business environment straight away and our clients have also been commenting and noticing our much improved office and workspace.

To date, we have found the operations to be running a lot smoother, wealth-wise things have definitely improved, even in these challenging economic times and we now have a better team and a stronger business moving forward.

We continue to enjoy using the Rainbow Myst Abundance and Beautiful Day Sprays which benefit the vibe of our day so much the mechanics comment if we haven’t sprayed and the days when we are really busy we use The Edge as it gives us more focus and pace.  We will be asking Janeen to provide us our annual updates for the Chinese New Year in January 2012 and every new year thereafter!
